...Rawr-some fun with Imaginext and Jurassic World...

The boys all love anything to do with Dinosaurs and are pretty big fans of Jurassic World and cannot wait to see the new one (which will have to be once it's available to buy on Sky, as the boy's arent all big cinema fans.
So when I was asked if they would like to try out the brand new Imaginext Jurassic World' I knew instantly they would love too!

On Sunday Rupert spent the day with his Auntie and Uncle and they took him to a local Dinosaur park!
His love for those scary creatures has just boomed over the past few weeks, so I thought once he was home it would be the perfect time to open up the giant box containing all the Rawr-some dino treats from Imaginext.

We were sent;

Walking Indoraptor - RRP £64.99
Dinosaur Hauler - RRP - £42.99
Feature Character Assortment - RRP £18.99
(Three to Collect - Each set includes a super cool dinosaur, character figure, and accessories)
and a
Basic Character Assortment - £11.99

Ru chose the giant walking Indoraptor as his toy and ran off into the garden to have a play, he thought how she chased after Owen was amazing he kept telling me she was a magic dinosaur!
He kept trying to out drive the Indoraptor but she kept right on his heels.

The other's were soon outside playing alongside Ru and diving deep into their very own Jurassic World.

Oscar loved how the Dinosaur Hauler came with everything he could possibly need to catch his very own dinosaur.
The Dinosaur Hauler comes with hauler vehicle, projectile launcher, net projectile, dinosaur and Asset Containment Unit (ACU) figure.

He decided his Dinosaur was the Dino which is called Blue in the first movie (forgive me if he's wrong) and he loved making her attack his figure and found all sorts of horrible endings for that poor figure.

Noah even dragged himself away from his room to play with the Jurassic World figures!
He loved this vehicle as he remembers it from the first film and has always said he would love to go inside one, so having it as a toy is the next best thing.

Noah joined up with Oscar to see if Oscar's Blue could catch up with Noah and attack his figure, and unfortunately for her Blue did many, many, many times!

Alex thought his venom throwing dinosaur was the best and loved how he could knock down his human figure and get him all covered in slime (best part about that, was the fact it wasn't real slime!)

I haven't seen all four boys playing together like this in such a long time, usually, within minutes one or two are crying about how someone else has got their toy or called them a name or god forbid looked at them!
They played with the Imaginext toys for most of the afternoon, sharing nicely taking it in turns to use the different toys and make up all sorts of exciting stories, they even took my phone and used it to make some stop animation short films.

The Imaginext Jurassic World toy range really is perfect for everyone, it has a nice range of items and there's something for everyone's budget and they all very entertaining from the really big toys to the little ones.
They could make the perfect birthday present, a well done on a school achievement or I'm going to say it.... stocking filler!

All the boys love the Jurassic World range and have played with them every day since we unboxed them!
Most of the figures and dinosaurs all join us at meal times.

Highly recommended

Suitable for ages 3+

... Thomas & Friends TrackMaster Twisting Tornado Set ...

If you are followers of the blog you will know Ru is a massive fan of the Thomas Tracks and is always over the moon when we are asked to review a new one.

When we were asked to review the new Twisting Tornado Set I was more than keen to say yes.
Ru has been doing really well at nursery and it was nice for him to receive a surprise in the post.

Key Features

·       Motorised track set
·       Includes unique Thomas TrackMaster engine
·       Connects to other TrackMaster playsets
·       RRP £24.99
Suitable for age 3 years+

The track was really simple to build, it all clicked together nicely and the track layout was really easy to follow.
Ru sat patiently and watched as I built, once it was ready to go he popped Thomas down and giggled away as he sped off.

It took a few goes before he realised he had to move the tornado back before Thomas reached it, but once he got the hang of it there was no stopping him.
The race was on to get it back into place before Thomas had zoomed around the track.

Thomas takes shelter inside the old shed but only to find the Tornado takes him into a whirlwind and spins him across the field knocking down all the powerline poles on its way to the other side of the track.

Fast-paced and full of fun, this is definitely one of his favourite Thomas Track Master sets!

After playing you can unclick the track and place it back in the box.
This track can also connect to other TrackMaster™ playsets for non-stop adventures!
I'd highly recommend this set to any parent with a Thomas fan, it's reasonably priced and will last well and bring endless hours of fun.

You can catch Thomas & Friends over on their YouTube Channel.

In The Night Garden Large Motion Sensory Ball // Review

Golden Bear Toys sent Ru some brand new In The Night Garden toys to test out.

Night Garden Large Motion Sensor Ball RRP £9.99
Tombliboos RRP £6.99 each

Throw, bounce or catch the In the Night Garden Large Motion Sensor Ball to activate iconic sounds and phrases from the show!
Made from super soft fabric, the ball measures 14cm in height.

Ru like most children adore balls of all sizes and will happily carry one around with him all day.
The sensory ball was just perfect for him, he loved throwing it up and hearing the different sounds it made when he caught it.

He played with it in the garden, in the house, before bed any time he had the chance.
Every time a different sound came out of the ball his face would light up.

The Sensory ball improves dexterity and stimulates sense.
Just perfect for my little Ru bear!

Not only did he love the Sensory ball he fell madly in love with his Tombliboos.
He took them everywhere with him.
Hugged them, kissed them and even tucked them up in his bed.
Something he rarely does.

Wherever Ru went the Tombliboos were sure to follow.

The three Tombliboos are members of the In The Night Garden family who love to sort their special blocks, bang their drums and make tunes on their piano.
Available in 3 styles, the super-soft and colourful Mini Tombliboos are perfect for fans of the show.

Super cute and super cuddly.
It was beautiful to see his softer side come out, as at the moment it is a rarity.

You can find the Sensory ball over on Amazon and you also can get all three Tombliboos from Amazon for £19.50

Thank you Golden Bear Toys!
