Golden Bear Top Toys For 2017

Last week I was invited along to the Toy Fair by Golden Bear Toys
I worked with Golden Bear a lot last year, so I was pretty excited to see what was in store.

Any meeting that starts with Prosecco and cake is a winner for me!
After an introduction to all the PR's I've had a pleasure of working with, we got the chance to meet the one and only Mr Tumble - I returned home a legend, the boys were all very impressed to see a picture of me and Mr Tumble.

We were then shown around the stands to see all the new toys that will be available this year.
I was like a kid in a toy shop, there was just so many to look at, the boys would have been in toy heaven if they had come along!

To give you a little taster of what I saw, I'm able to share some of the toys with you!

Mr Tumble -
Fans of Mr. Tumble will love the new interactive Sing Along with Mr. Tumble (RRP £29.99) soft toy.  Based around the Hello, Hello song performed by Mr. Tumble at the beginning of each episode of Something Special, Sing Along with Mr. Tumble features fun music and movement which encourages children to sing along and join in – just like in the TV show!
Made in bright eye-catching colours, Mr. Tumble also replicates his signature friendly wave as he sings, and his nose lights up for added fun!

Twirly Woos -

Encourage role play and movement with the Twirlywoos Musical Statues Great BigHoo (RRP £34.99)!  Watch as Great BigHoo dances to the iconic Twirlywoos music, and for more fun switch to Musical Statues mode and enjoy a classic game of musical statues!  Dance along to the music, but make sure you stop dancing when he stops!

In The Night Garden -
Older In the Night Garden fans will love the In the Night Garden Pull-along Ninky Nonk Wobble Train (RRP £24.99). The chunky and tough train is brightly coloured and perfect for indoor and outdoor play. Pull the train along and watch as the crazy train wobbles from side to side, just like it does in the TV show!

Sleep Tight All Night.

Two new characters are being introduced to the Sleep Tight All Night Gang.
The one and only Batman and a super cute Dinosaur.
If you aren't too sure what Sleep Tight All Night teddies are all about, you can read my review here.

 DC Super Friends

Golden Bear are all set for a Super spring with the launch of their new DC Super Friends range!
Perfect for the little DC comic fans!
A fun twist on the traditional game of catch, the DC Super Friends Slingable Fun Sounds Super Friends (RRP £7.99) are an imaginative gift for both children and adults alike!

Other toys to keep an eye out for this year are -

Bush Baby World Toys,

 My First JCB Tough Talkers,
Go Mini Toys,
In The Night Garden Soft Toys for ages 0+,
and a few more surprise!

I had a fab time seeing all the new toys and finally getting to finally getting to meet in person some of  the PR's I have worked with over the last year.

Thanks for inviting me along!

Pork Farm Board Games Championships

Leading pork pie manufacturers, Pork Farms are one step closer to finding their Board Games Champion with the announcement of their semi-finalists this week ahead of the grand final to be held during National Board Games Week at the end of April.

I'm pretty excited that I've been invited along to take part in the semi finals over in Orpington this coming Friday.
I don't think there's anything more entertaining than a good board game.
After a week of preliminary heats, which saw over 40 UK micro pubs participate, Pork Farms, who joined forces with the Micro pub Association have announced their top-scoring winners who will be going on to the next round. And we can now reveal the winning micro pubs heading for the semi-finals are: Anchored In Worthing, Worthing One Inn The Wood, Orpington Penny Farthing, Crayford The Last Post Derbyshire, Derby

Micro pub landlords up and down the country have awarded their competitor…

Review || Wilkinson Sword Intuition Ultra Moisture

So its my cousins wedding this weekend and I'm having to make my legs suitable for public viewing! Usually my legs are hidden and the only leg skin that see the light of day are the bits that peak out behind the holes in my jeans.

I don't tend to get my legs out but when I do, I do like them to look good!
I'm pretty lazy when it comes to shaving my legs, and I will let them grow rather wildly if I have no reason to show them off! Obviously something Jon loves hates with a passion!
I was very kindly sent Wilkinson Sword Intuition Ultra Moisture , to try! The fact its an all in one really appealed to me, because.... I am..... a lazy shaver!

Wilkinson Sword Intuition Ultra Moisture. Why use 3 razors when all you really need is 1! Intuition razors are the first 3-in-1 razors to lather, shave and moisturise in one easy step, giving your skin that naturally healthy glow. Simple and convenient, it's the perfect razor for busy women and mums on the go. Save time and money on s…

Potty Training Academy // Sticker Chart.

Ru has taken to potty training like a pro! He's had hardly any accidents and is no longer using nappies during the day.

I started him off in Bambino Mio training pants but after a day of a couple accidents he started taking himself to the toilet without any prompt from me.

I introduced him to his Potty Training Academy sticker chart on day one and he was very keen to fill it up, so even when he didn't need the loo, he would try and squeeze something out just to get a sticker.

We used both a toddler loo seat and the carry me potty, but he prefers to do his wee's just like his brothers...standing up. He sings putting out the fiiiire when he's weeing (god knows where he got that from! lol.)

The first real test was sending him to nursery and seeing if he returned with a bag full of wet pants. I made sure the washing machine was free for his return but when he came home wearing the same outfit that he went in in was such a win.

The sticker chart was a great help with gett…
