Getting In On This Juicing Marlarky!



When I was away for my cousins wedding I saw her doing this random shot, I asked her what is was and why she was doing it, I thought yep I should give that ago!


Once home I got on to my trusted friend Google..... everyone loves Google right!???

I though id share with you guys what it was and how to make it.

  Turmeric Ginger Lemon Wellness Shot

1 whole lemon
1 thumb sized chunk of ginger
1-2 Teaspoons of turmeric powder or fresh root

One of the main reasons I got excited by it was that Sarah used it to help her lose weight, and being on a weight loss mission its something that I couldn't not try!

Other benefits are -
Lemon is great for the immune system and provides a concentrated dose of vitamin C to the body.  They are natural detoxifiers and have a diuretic effect.  Lemons are extremely alkaline which makes them great for balancing the pH of the body. 

Ginger root is anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-viral, anti-histamine, it’s powerful!
Ginger also helps relieves body aches and pains, and settles the stomach!

Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory root that can help to decrease muscle soreness after an intense workout.
It also helps detox the liver and neutralizes free radicals which can lead to wrinkles, cellulite, and fatigue.


It doesn't taste amazing but its not bad, and it smells rather nice, I'm hoping to see benefits from it, I know from Sarah that it works so fingers crossed I'm as lucky as she is!
